House Rules
- Breakfast at Whistling Woods Restaurant is complimentary for resident guests and included in the room tariff.
- We request guests to refrain from smoking except in designated zones. Our treehouse have been constructed with bark. Moreover, we would like to keep the air as pollution free as possible.
- During wet season, please be careful while navigating the pathways, stairs and ropeways to the tree houses. We will not be liable for any injuries in case of an accident.
- Guests are encouraged to ensure valuables are kept safe in the rooms. While we have CCTV coverage along corridors and access points to all rooms, management is not liable for loss of personal items nor valuables which are not kept under lock and key.
- Firm Reservation are done on receipt of payment. You may cancel and claim refund only if confirmed booking is cancelled a week prior to date of arrival.
- Bank charges on refund is to be borne by the guest /tour operator /travel agent cancelling the reservation.
